Will of Catharine Crickmore of Woodton, 1773

In the Name of God Amen.

I Catharine Crickmore of Woodton in the County of Norfolk, widow, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, and calling to mind the Certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say

First I give and bequeath to my beloved Son, Anthony Crickmore the sum of ?ten Pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to him within one month after my decease.

I also give and bequeath to my beloved son Samuel Crickmore the sum of eighteen pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to him within one Month after my decease.

I Also give and bequeath to my beloved Son John Crickmore the sum of six pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid to him within one month after my decease.

I also give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Catharine Crickmore the sum of sixteen pounds of good and lawfull Money of Great Britain.

I Also give and bequeath to my said Daughter Catharine all my Wearing apparrell, Linen, Beding, household stuff and furniture And all the remainder of my Estate, after all my debts, Funeral Charges and expences of the probate of this my last Will and Testament be fully discharged and satisfyed, I give and bequeath to my three Children, Anthony, John and Catharine, in proportion to their Legacies.

And I do nominate constitute and Appoint my beloved Daughter Catharine aforesaid to be sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking disa? and making void any former Will of Wills by me at any time heretofore made,

Declaring this.....last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand and seven hundred and seventy three
