This is the last Will and Testament of me, Maria Sarah Crickmer, of Great Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk, Widow

I appoint Nathaniel Hammond of Gorleston in the County of Suffolk, Merchant, and Samuel Bowen of Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk, Gentleman, Executors and Trustees of this my Will.

I give all my household furniture and effects to my daughter Mary Rosa absolutely.

I devise all my part or share in all those Copyhold Cottages and premises situate at Wymondham in the Manor of Wymondham, and all other, if any, my Copyhold hereditaments and premises To the use of such person or persons, and in such manner, as my trustees shall by any deed or deeds for the purpose of carrying into effect any sale made under the direction hereinafter contained appoint. And I direct my trustees immediately after my decease to sell my said share in the said Copyhold premises by public auction or private Contract and to stand possessed of the proceeds upon the like trusts as are hereinafter declared with respect to any residuary estate.

I devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate and effects, whether real or personal (except estate vested in me as a Trustee or Mortgagee), unto my trustees In trust, to convert the same into money by sale or otherwise, and to invest the proceeds thereof after paying thereout my funeral and testamentary expences and debts, and to pay the income of the said proceeds and the investment thereof to my said Daughter during her life, and after her death In trust for such person or persons and in such shares as my said daughter shall by her Will whether covert or sole appoint, and in default of such appointment, and so far as any such appointment shall not extend In trust for the Children, if any, of my said daughter who, being male shall attain the age of twenty one years or being female shall attain that age or marry in equal shares, and if there shall be but one such Child, the whole to go to that one Child.

But in case there shall be no Child of my said daughter living at her death or who shall live to attain a vested interest in the trust premises, then in trust for the person or persons who under the statutes for the distribution of intestate estates would on my death have been entitled thereto, if I had died possessed thereof intestate and without having been married.

And I empower my trustees to postpone the conversion of any part of my estate for so long as they shall think fit, and in the meantime the rents and income of my estate remaining unconverted shall, after my death, go and be applied in like manner as is hereinbefore directed concerning the income of the proceeds of my estate when converted.

And I declare that any moneys hereby directed to be invested may be invested in the names of my trustees in or upon any of the public funds or on Government or real or leasehold securities in England or Wales and such investments may be varied from time to time as my trustees shall think fit. I give all estates vested in me as a trustee or mortgagee unto the said Nathaniel Hammond and Samuel Bowen, subject to the equities affecting the same, but so that the money secured on any Mortgage shall form part of my personal estate. And I declare that the expression "my Trustees" in this my Will shall mean and include the said Nathaniel Hammond and Samuel Bowen and their executors and administrators and other the trustee or trustees for the time being of this my Will.

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine.
